Information

Due to high demand for a new test on Bodyenfit we have conducted a nitrogen + carbohydrates and sugar analysis on their product Micellar Casein. We have chosen casein so we know that not only Whey Perfection has been modified. We have also tested the XXL Casein on the same values ​​for a fair comparisons between the products that started with their first test on Dutchbodybuilding.com (now Bodybuilding.nl).

Summary

By use of the nitrogen analysis a protein content of 72,7% has been measured. This represents a deviation of 7,2% compared to the specified percentage of 78,3% on the label. This is just outside the maximum deviation of 7%. Amino spiking has been excluded by means of a free amino acid analysis. The measured carbohydrate content of 11.1 grams is slightly higher than the 10,1 grams indicated on the label. The sugar content of 7,7 grams, which consists mainly of lactose 4,6 grams and frusctose 2,9 grams, is also only slightly higher than than the indicated value of 7,3 grams.

Analysis
