The following test on Micellar Casein Perfection from Bodyenfitshop has been requested by our site Supplementlabtest.com and is therefore an independend test. The product has been ordered on the site of Bodyenfitshop.nl and delivered directly to the laboratory Nutricontrol.
Due to high demand for a new test on Bodyenfit we have conducted a nitrogen + carbohydrates and sugar analysis on their product Micellar Casein. We have chosen casein so we know that not only Whey Perfection has been modified. We have also tested the XXL Casein on the same values for a fair comparisons between the products that started with their first test on Dutchbodybuilding.com (now Bodybuilding.nl).
By use of the nitrogen analysis a protein content of 72,7% has been measured. This represents a deviation of 7,2% compared to the specified percentage of 78,3% on the label. This is just outside the maximum deviation of 7%. Amino spiking has been excluded by means of a free amino acid analysis. The measured carbohydrate content of 11.1 grams is slightly higher than the 10,1 grams indicated on the label. The sugar content of 7,7 grams, which consists mainly of lactose 4,6 grams and frusctose 2,9 grams, is also only slightly higher than than the indicated value of 7,3 grams.

On the report below the crude protein (ruw eiwit) content with a nitrogen factor of 6.38 for dairy products is the correct value for the nitrogen analysis.
