Information
Due to high demand for a new test on Bodyenfit we have conducted a nitrogen + carbohydrates and sugar analysis on their product Micellar Casein. We have also tested the XXL Casein on the same values for a fair comparisons between the products that started with their first test on Dutchbodybuilding.com (now Bodybuilding.nl).
Summary
By use of the nitrogen analysis a protein content of 87,2% has been measured. This represents a deviation of only 0,9% compared to the specified percentage of 88% on the label. Amino spiking has been excluded by means of a free amino acid analysis. The measured carbohydrate content of 1,7 grams is lower than the 2,9 grams indicated on the label. The sugar content of 1,6 grams, which consists mainly of lactose, is also lower than than the indicated value of 2,2 grams. A very good result for Night protein from XXL Nutrition.
