The following test on ISO-100 Whey Hydrolysate from Dymatize has been requested by our site Supplementlabtest.com and is therefore an independend test. The product has been ordered and delivered directly to the laboratory Nutricontrol.
By use of the nitrogen analysis a protein content of 84% has been measured for the taste vanilla. This represents a deviation of 1,9% compared to the specified percentage of 85,6% (25g/29,2g) on the label. An amino acid analysis is required in order to exclude amino spiking. Also the degree of hydrolyzation would be interesting and of course carbohydrate and sugar content.

On the report below he crude protein (ruw eiwit) content with a nitrogen factor of 6.38 for dairy products is the correct value for the nitrogen analysis.
